Welcome to Systemic Craft.

By purchasing, accessing, or using any Systemic Craft products (“Tools”), you agree to the following terms.

1. Nature of the Tools

Systemic Craft provides digital communication and containment tools intended to help reduce pressure during difficult moments.

The Tools:

  • Are informational and communicative in nature

  • Are not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or crisis-intervention services

  • Do not provide advice, diagnosis, treatment, or instructions

  • Do not guarantee any outcome

The Tools are designed to be optional, low-demand resources. Use is entirely at the discretion of the purchaser.

2. Not a Substitute for Professional or Emergency Help

Systemic Craft Tools are not a substitute for:

  • Emergency services

  • Mental health professionals

  • Medical care

  • Crisis hotlines or intervention services

If you believe someone is at risk of harm to themselves or others, contact local emergency services or appropriate professionals immediately.

3. User Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for how and when the Tools are used

  • You are responsible for determining whether a Tool is appropriate in any situation

  • Systemic Craft does not monitor, evaluate, or control how the Tools are shared or used

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Systemic Craft shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

  • Use or misuse of the Tools

  • Reliance on the Tools

  • Decisions made before, during, or after use of the Tools

  • Outcomes involving third parties

Use of the Tools is entirely at your own risk.

5. No Warranties

The Tools are provided “as is” and “as available.”
Systemic Craft makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, text, and materials are the property of Systemic Craft and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or resold without permission.

7. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada
